What you will do

• Conduct analytical testing: chemical labeling of biological samples, HPLC/UPLC separations, potency (ELISA), and data analysis.
• Prepare buffers/solutions, pack columns, set up systems, perform sterilization, sampling, and cleaning.
• Document lab activities electronically, enter data into databases.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment, maintain inventory of supplies.
• Apply multiple separation methods including capillary electrophoresis and two-dimensional techniques.
• Ensure clean, orderly, inspection-ready, and safe work environment following all lab practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in biology, chemistry, or related field.
• 3+ years hands-on experience in pharmaceutical/medical technology industry (preferred).
• Experience in chromatography techniques (IEX, SEC, HIC, RP).
• Knowledge of Empower software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel; strong computer, scientific, organizational skills.
• Excellent oral/written communication, attention to detail; ability to work independently and in teams.

Nice to have

• Prior cGMP/cGLP practices and electronic lab notebooks.
• Experience authoring technical reports.
