What you will do

• Process and extract biological samples (blood, urine, plasma, feces) both manually and using automation
• Perform analytical analysis of samples using chromatography (LC-MS/MS and HPLC) or ligand-binding techniques (ELISA, RIA, EIA, and PCR)
• Prepare solutions and reagents
• Record and document test data in physical and electronic notebooks

Requirements

• Associate’s, Bachelor's degree, or coursework in Microbiology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, or a related field
• Must currently reside in the Lincoln, NE area
• Ready to begin work within the next 4 weeks
• Ability to perform pipetting for extended periods (average 2-3 hours, up to 8 hours daily)
• Basic computer skills for data entry

Nice to have

• Experience with GLP (Good Laboratory Practices)
