What you will do

• Provide administrative support for audits and exams by tracking requests and deadlines
• Gather, organize, and submit documentation for audit and exam requests
• Maintain trackers for audit findings, requests, and remediation status
• Follow up with internal stakeholders to ensure timely responses
• Log and organize incoming audit and exam questions
• Prepare materials for audits, exams, and internal reviews
• Perform data entry and updates in internal systems like Jira

Requirements

• On-site work in Phoenix required
• 1–2+ years in administrative, operations, or support role
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable with spreadsheets, trackers, and documentation
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s preferred
• Strong communication and ability to manage multiple tasks

Nice to have

• Mortgage or financial services experience
• Familiarity with Jira, Excel, or similar tools
