• Perform daily cash reconciliation, deposits, and monthly bank reconciliations; process journal entries for fees and wires.
• Oversee daily AR operations, customer billing, and collaborate on billing platforms like Textura, Procore, Service Channel; serve as backup.
• Supervise AP supervisor, assist with invoice entry, review overhead invoices; learn and backup AP processes.
• Manage weekly payroll via ADP, verify timecards, approve payroll, and spot-check rates/deductions.

Requirements

• Knowledge of construction accounting and familiarity with construction billing practices.
• Proficiency with ADP, Excel, and construction ERP platforms (e.g., Spectrum).
