What you will do

• Process and manage vendor invoices and payments for delinquency and default areas, ensuring compliance with investor, insurer, and agency guidelines.
• Verify invoice accuracy, record financial transactions, and resolve discrepancies with internal teams and vendors.
• Oversee offshore vendors, issue scorecards, and monitor work completion.
• Reconcile corporate advance data from prior servicers, map to loans, and resolve discrepancies with onboarding teams.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and stakeholders on system automation, audits, reporting, and compliance escalations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in invoice management, corporate advance management, or default accounting.
• Experience developing and managing complex processes with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working cross-functionally with product and engineering teams.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets experience, including V-lookup.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
