What you will do

• Drive on-time, high-quality delivery of projects enabling core business technologies.
• Design, implement, and optimize processes to streamline workflows and reduce friction across engineering and product teams.
• Track and stabilize projects, remove roadblocks, and manage risks proactively.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align stakeholders and ensure seamless technology integration.
• Empower engineers to focus on technical challenges while handling operational complexity.
• Serve diverse customers including Government, Enterprise, and Consumer sectors.

Requirements

• Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional projects with minimal oversight.
• Expertise in process optimization, workflow improvements, and scalable processes.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration, communication, and influence skills.
• Problem-solving, risk management, and swift issue resolution.
• Customer-centric mindset aligning solutions with internal and customer needs.
• Familiarity with technical concepts to engage with engineering teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 5+ years in program management; 3+ years managing cross-functional projects.
