What you will do

• Own social media strategy across platforms like LinkedIn, Reddit, YouTube; evolve presence and predict trends
• Create standout content including videos, memes; manage content calendar tied to launches and campaigns
• Translate security/open source topics into shareable narratives; analyze performance and optimize
• Support executives' social presence and drive employee advocacy programs
• Lead Slack community growth; engage in Reddit for software supply chain security discussions
• Build feedback loops from community insights to Product, Marketing, Developer Relations

Requirements

• 5+ years in social media/content roles, preferably B2B engineering/security
• Exceptional writing to simplify complex topics
• Deep knowledge of LinkedIn/Reddit dynamics
• Data-driven with analytics experience
• Proficiency in Sprout Social, Canva, Descript, Goldcast
• Comfort in fast-moving technical environment
