What you will do

• Craft precise accounting prompts to probe model reasoning on standards like performance obligations, lease classification, and goodwill impairment.
• Review AI-generated financial analysis line-by-line, catching errors in journal entries, discount rates, consolidation logic, and tax calculations.
• Author complete, rigorous financial analyses demonstrating correct GAAP application to train models on sound judgment.
• Work on tasks in revenue recognition (ASC 606), lease accounting (ASC 842), business combinations (ASC 805), consolidations, and tax accounting (ASC 740).
• Complete tasks 24/7 on your schedule, 10–50+ hours/week alongside primary roles.

Requirements

• Standards-level accounting expertise (CPA, CMA, Big Four audit/tax, controllers/CFOs, or advanced students).
• Deep knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, audit, tax compliance, consolidations, and controls.
• Strong reasoning to identify misapplied standards, journal errors, and logical gaps in AI outputs.
• Pass short accounting reasoning assessment (~30 min, no résumé needed).
