Salary: $190,000–$245,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead AI integration from opportunity identification through deployment, testing, optimization, and maintenance.
• Distill stakeholder needs into actionable AI criteria, objectives, and validation plans to ensure on-time delivery.
• Interface in meetings to develop requirements, test plans, mitigate risks, and verify performance.
• Collaborate across teams to accelerate programs and integrate AI into tools like project management platforms and data pipelines.
• Support prototyping to rollout, educate teams on AI, and foster innovation.
• Mentor and manage a team of engineers while handling multiple priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, data science, engineering, or sciences.
• 4+ years in technology, aerospace, or space industry.
• 2+ years technical project management or system-level engineering.
• 1+ years managing technical teams.
• Must be willing to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
• Must be willing to travel up to 50%.

Nice to have

• 5+ years aerospace or high-tech experience.
• Experience with AI product design, development, integration, or test.
• AI integrations in enterprise settings.
