Salary: $140,800 - $211,200 USD

What you will do
- Lead PMO across functions to prioritize work and optimize impact for business objectives.
- Champion Voice of Operations and align scope, schedule, budget with other functions.
- Manage direct expenses, capital, unit pricing, and free cash flow.
- Drive Design Transfer and Commercial Build Readiness for quality compliance and product launches.
- Influence Extended Operations and Core Teams as strong communicator and negotiator.
- Coach operations team members, provide feedback, and integrate DRM and problem-solving methods.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree and 3 years of relevant experience.
- U.S. work authorization required; no sponsorship below Principal level.
- Strong financial acumen and ability to lead/influence cross-functionally.
- Experience partnering in matrixed organizations across operations and supply chain.
Nice to have
- 3+ years of managerial experience.
- Program Manager experience on large-scale new product development.
- Operations experience in at least two functions; medical device background with catheters/sheaths.
- Advanced degree in engineering/science; PMP, DRM, DFSS, or Six Sigma Black Belt.
