What you will do

• Influence and shape business strategy through data-driven insights balancing customer needs with long-term business impact
• Serve as trusted advisor to senior leadership in ambiguous or emerging areas
• Establish and own cross-org mechanisms like QBRs, roadmap reviews, and goal alignment for visibility and execution
• Build partnerships across hirify.global, aligning incentives and driving shared outcomes
• Identify and apply emerging trends in gaming, media, consumer apps, and technology to inform product direction

Requirements

• 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience with feature delivery, tradeoffs, roadmap strategy, end-to-end product delivery
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions on technology decisions and strategy
• Experience representing customers and stakeholders in executive prioritization
• Experience using analytical tools like Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight; statistical analysis with SQL, Excel

• Experience building and driving adoption of new tools
• Experience bridging technical and business teams to refine requirements and deliver work on time
