TL;DR
Senior Product Manager (Surveys): Defining and driving the product architecture and roadmap for survey-driven insights products with an accent on data pipelines and statistical soundness. Focus on transforming complex statistical concepts into client-facing product packages and scaling data services via Databricks and PySpark.
Location: Hybrid: New York, NY (Work from home Mon/Fri, in-office Tue-Thu). Must be based in or willing to relocate to the New York City area independently (no relocation assistance provided).
Salary: $160,000–$195,000 base + bonus + equity.

What you will do
- Lead the product vision and roadmap for survey offerings, including unified data pipelines and automated visualizations.
- Collaborate with Data Science, Engineering, and Reporting teams to prioritize features and deliverables.
- Translate statistical concepts like lift, probability, and significance into structured, digestible product packages for clients.
- Partner with engineering to deliver scalable platform services using Databricks and PySpark.
- Design the evolution of survey deliverables from static presentations to interactive UI environments.
- Track success metrics regarding client satisfaction, usability, and creative selection.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, with 3+ years focused on data products, infrastructure, or enterprise SaaS.
- Professional familiarity with data science and survey theory.
- Strong ability to synthesize technical features into coherent requirements and external deliverables.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, including sprints and daily stand-ups.
- Must be based in or be able to relocate to New York City independently.
Nice to have
- Prior experience as a survey scientist or on a data-intensive client analytics team.
- Understanding of end-to-end survey research workflow including sampling, questionnaire design, and analysis.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and R.
