Salary: $130,000–$180,000 + equity + benefits

What you will do

• Develop strategic understanding of digital marketing efforts and their role in business success
• Collaborate with digital and email marketing teams to improve customer reach and engagement
• Analyze available data sources and organization to enable targeted marketing
• Design simple, robust solutions with detailed specifications aligned to business strategy
• Define approaches for integrations, new functionality, and scaling existing systems
• Work with engineering to build and deploy data pipelines supporting marketing operations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in STEM or related field
• 5+ years of experience in product management
• Knowledge of databases and SQL
• Understanding of data pipeline architecture and best practices
• Strong communication, analytical skills, and resourceful problem-solving approach
• Curiosity, open-mindedness, and positive attitude

Nice to have

• Experience in multi-channel digital marketing enablement, especially email marketing
