What you will do

• Partner with the Program Manager on contract execution, management, and high-quality service delivery.
• Provide operational leadership, acting on behalf of the PM to ensure continuity and stakeholder engagement.
• Manage daily operations including resource allocation, scheduling, and task prioritization.
• Oversee timely completion of deliverables meeting timelines and quality standards.
• Collaborate with team leads to monitor progress, identify risks, and resolve issues.
• Design, document, and implement enterprise-level operational team structures.
• Manage audits using RACI methodology and conduct business process reviews for efficiency.
• Prepare program status reports and executive briefings for stakeholders.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI with Full-Scope Polygraph security clearance.
• 5+ years in program or project management within the Intelligence Community.
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise-level operational team structures in technology environments.
• Experience managing audits and applying RACI methodology.
• Proven business process reviews and operational optimizations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or related field.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
• Previous deputy leadership in large-scale IC or DoD programs.
• Strong strategic resource management and operational planning.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies.
• Experience in enterprise technology operations and cloud environments.
