What you will do

• Learn and support quote-to-cash systems and integrations for ordering, subscriptions, billing, invoices, and payments
• Assist with data analysis using SQL queries for business insights and reporting
• Participate in documentation of functional and technical specifications
• Shadow team in handling application alerts and production issues
• Contribute to QA by writing and executing test cases for releases
• Support process improvements by documenting workflows and identifying automation opportunities
• Collaborate with finance, product, and engineering teams on projects
• Leverage AI tools for productivity, task automation, and data analysis

Requirements

• Currently pursuing Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Basic proficiency in SQL: SELECT statements, JOINs, GROUP BY, aggregate functions
• Foundational understanding of AI/ML concepts: familiarity with AI assistants, prompt engineering, tools like ChatGPT or GitHub Copilot
• Eagerness to leverage AI for data analysis, automation, and problem-solving
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate in a team and manage multiple tasks
• This position may require access to U.S. export-controlled information; authorization needed without sponsorship
