What you will do

• Configure customer environments, including engagement templates, user roles, and permissions.
• Execute data migration and setup tasks such as importing trial balances and mapping fields.
• Translate documented requirements into system configurations under the guidance of senior team members.
• Build and utilize AI-powered agents to accelerate configuration tasks and automate repetitive setup work.
• Perform quality assurance checks to ensure setups meet client specifications and internal best practices.
• Support testing cycles and coordinate issue resolution with Support, Product, and Engineering teams.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in technology consulting, customer onboarding, or implementation.
• Experience manipulating, transforming, and translating data between systems or formats.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in spreadsheets, structured data, and AI agents.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
