Senior Analyst, Partner Success

Location: Remote within the US (managed out of New York office; occasional in-person account visits required)

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 annual base + 10% commission

What you will do

• Gain understanding of partners' businesses to identify and execute growth opportunities
• Collaborate on API integrations for new partners with integration consultants
• Analyze marketplace data to provide recommendations for efficient partner sales
• Generate usage reports, evaluate growth strategies, and maximize upsell opportunities
• Communicate product knowledge, policies, and mediate marketplace conflicts
• Track performance using PowerBI, Salesforce, and support global team initiatives

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience
• 2-4 years customer-facing experience managing complex projects under tight deadlines
• Proven track record driving client business growth
• Experience with client interactions, presentations, and quantitative data analysis
• High proficiency in G-suite with strong analytical skills
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment with ownership and accountability

Nice to have

• Exposure to market research industry
• Experience with Salesforce and PowerBI
• Knowledge of API integrations
