Salary: $83,500 – $106,000 per year

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards for customer experience, product performance, and operational decision-making
• Translate business questions into visual structures with appropriate metrics, comparisons, and drill paths
• Build dashboards for executive, strategic, and operational use ensuring clarity, interactivity, accessibility, and usability
• Collaborate with BI engineers and data teams to validate data, troubleshoot issues, and ensure performant dashboards
• Support visualization standards, documentation, and improvements based on feedback and usage analytics
• Deliver insights surfacing trends, drivers, and trade-offs to enable efficient data-driven decisions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• 3–6+ years creating dashboards with Power BI, Tableau, or similar
• Strong knowledge of data visualization principles, dashboard UX, and storytelling with data
• Experience translating complex datasets into clear, actionable visual narratives
• Working proficiency with DAX, Power Query, SQL, or equivalent data transformation tools
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, able to work effectively remotely

Nice to have

• Familiarity with customer journey mapping, CX metrics (NPS, CSAT), or operational analytics
