What you will do

  • Define and execute comprehensive digital demand generation strategy aligned to revenue targets across inbound and outbound channels.
  • Lead digital experience optimization including landing pages, A/B testing, CRO, and website strategy.
  • Own global SEO/SEM, paid media, and multi-channel acquisition with ROI focus.
  • Integrate AI/ML into workflows for personalization, content generation, and campaign optimization.
  • Oversee marketing operations, tech stack (Marketo, Salesforce), lead management, and data governance.
  • Build and lead global teams in demand generation, digital marketing, and operations.

Requirements

  • 12–15+ years in B2B marketing with leadership in digital demand generation
  • Proven success scaling pipeline and revenue in enterprise/high-growth SaaS environments
  • Deep expertise in landing page strategy, CRO, SEO/SEM, paid acquisition
  • Experience with marketing automation (Marketo), CRM (Salesforce), attribution models
  • Practical AI application in marketing (personalization, predictive analytics)
  • Experience managing distributed global teams and cross-functional leadership
