What you will do

• Edit and format knowledge base articles to comply with the hirify.global Knowledge Base Style Guide.
• Use AI agent to rewrite and improve article clarity, tone, and structure.
• Ensure articles follow approved templates and maintain consistency in terminology, grammar, and branding.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and knowledge management team to clarify technical details.
• Review and validate AI-generated edits for accuracy and style adherence.
• Track and document edits in the content management system.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed degree in Technical Communication, English, Professional Writing, IT, or related field.
• Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with style guides.
• Ability to understand and simplify technical concepts for non-technical audience.
• Comfortable using AI tools and learning new technologies.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with knowledge base platforms or content management systems.
• Basic understanding of APIs, SaaS products, or IT terminology.
• Interest in UX writing and content strategy.
