What you will do

• Collaborate with product managers to define content strategy for new releases.
• Influence UI text to improve user experience and reduce the dependency on external documentation.
• Create comprehensive technical documentation, including API docs, integration guides, tutorials, and reference materials.
• Build scalable content systems using templates, style guides, and docs-as-code workflows.
• Test and validate features hands-on, identifying edge cases and bugs before they reach customers.
• Iterate on documentation based on usage analytics, support tickets, and customer feedback.

Requirements

• Experience writing technical documentation for developer, security, or enterprise admin audiences.
• Proficiency with docs-as-code workflows using Git and markup languages.
• Ability to document complex technical concepts for multiple skill levels.
• Hands-on experience testing the products you document to ensure accuracy.
• Must be based in Europe or the US East Coast.

• Experience using AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT to augment technical writing workflows.
