What you will do

• Produce, test, and maintain technically accurate documentation including how-to guides, tutorials, conceptual topics, and reference materials.
• Write content for diverse audiences like developers, engineers, security practitioners, and decision-makers, adapting tone and style.
• Update existing content based on product changes, feedback, surveys, and metrics.
• Collaborate with SMEs, product managers, and team to plan, write, edit, and evolve documentation.
• Support engineer contributions through guidance and reviews, and improve docs platform and information architecture.
• Engage community and become expert in hirify.global products and customer needs.

Requirements

• At least 3 years professional technical writing and editing experience with code-heavy product docs and guides for technical audiences.
• Hands-on experience with networking or security products and comfort in technical discussions.
• Proficiency with Git, GitHub, Markdown, CLI, and docs-as-code workflows.
• Strong editing skills to guide outlining, writing, and ensure consistency in tone and structure.
• Ability to drive projects end-to-end and collaborate across teams.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

• Software development experience.
• Contributions to open-source projects or communities.
• Interest in LLMs and automation for content production.
