What you will do

  • Lead engineers across products, breaking down work and driving high-quality delivery.
  • Own technical standards through code reviews, automated testing, and observability.
  • Triage and resolve Support tickets, addressing root causes.
  • Collaborate with Product and Design on valuable solutions and iterative improvements.
  • Identify risks and technical debt, making pragmatic decisions on investments.
  • Communicate with stakeholders on scope, tradeoffs, and timelines; lead sprint planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor/Graduate degree in Science/Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent.
  • 5+ years with Go or Ruby on Rails, strong JavaScript/TypeScript; stack: Go, Ruby on Rails, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, GraphQL.
  • Proven technical leadership in startups or fast-changing environments.
  • Strong product intuition to translate business needs into technical decisions.
  • Track record shipping production software used by customers.
  • Comfortable with tradeoffs for speed, quality, scalability; clear communicator.
