What you will do
- Own and evolve marketing systems architecture, including HubSpot, Salesforce integration, and core tooling
- Manage lifecycle stages, lead scoring, and routing for consistent lead handling across Marketing and Sales
- Build marketing performance reporting for clear funnel and pipeline visibility
- Partner with BizOps to scale reporting infrastructure like Hex with accurate, actionable data
- Standardize campaign execution, tracking, and measurement across digital, lifecycle, ABM, and field programs
- Define and uphold data governance, segmentation, and database health
- Align cross-functionally with Marketing, RevOps, and Sales leadership on processes and priorities
Requirements
- 6-10 years in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or related GTM role
- Experience building and scaling marketing operations in high-growth B2B SaaS
- Hands-on with marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo) and Salesforce
- Strong knowledge of lifecycle management, lead scoring, and marketing data models
- Proven cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, RevOps, and Sales
- Ownership mindset, problem-solving, execution focus, and data-to-insights translation
Nice to have
- Building marketing ops from early-stage to scale
- Strong analytics and data/operations partnerships
- Close work with Sales/BDR in sales-led motions
- Defining reporting layers or Hex experience
- Passion for clean, scalable systems driving growth
