Salary: $150,000–$230,000

What you will do
- Lead cross-functional teams of designers, engineers, researchers, and experts to deliver impactful digital products
- Define product strategy, vision, objectives, success metrics, and roadmaps
- Translate user and stakeholder needs into prioritized features, backlogs, and release plans
- Facilitate planning sessions, stakeholder syncs, and retrospectives
- Collaborate with government teams for seamless system integration
- Use data and feedback to inform decisions, make trade-offs, and adjust priorities
Requirements
- Proven technical product experience with APIs, system services, and pipelines
- Strong lean product principles, MVP development, outcome-focused roadmaps
- Ability to define problems, set success criteria, guide iterative development
- Stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills
- Knowledge of human-centered design and cross-disciplinary collaboration
- Familiarity with Agile/Lean methodologies; cloud operations experience
- Eastern Time zone availability; occasional travel; US federal public trust (Tier 2) eligibility
Nice to have
- Experience in large-scale data migration, archives/records management, consulting, or civic technology
