What you will do

• Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for hirify.global Pro web and mobile UI, including trading interfaces, order management, and charting.
• Manage, mentor, and grow a team of product managers while directly owning key product areas as a player-coach.
• Partner with VP of Engineering, design leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver world-class trading experiences.
• Define KPIs, run experiments, and synthesize data into actionable decisions to drive a data-driven product culture.
• Prioritize workstreams like trading features, UI performance, localization, accessibility, and regulatory needs.
• Represent Pro UI to senior leadership and manage relationships with backend, compliance, legal, and business development.

Requirements

• 12+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years managing PM teams
• Demonstrated experience owning UI/UX strategy for complex consumer-facing platforms with demanding users
• First-hand experience in cryptocurrency and traditional financial markets
• Strong collaboration with UX design to elevate product experience quality
• Player-coach ability: drive strategy while staying hands-on with execution
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, quantitative skills, and data-driven decision-making

Nice to have

• Experience in traditional finance and digital assets
• Understanding of margin trading, futures, FX, options, and order systems
• Work in regulated environments with legal/compliance
• Familiarity with exchange structures, advanced order types, and pro trading workflows
• Scaling platforms across geographies or regulations
• AI-assisted product development and analytics experience
