Salary: $180,200 - $252,300 USD

What you will do

• Develop and implement product roadmap for Zip, Coupa, Workiva, NetSuite, and other financial applications.
• Document and analyze Procure-to-Pay processes, conduct fit/gap analyses, and translate needs into technical solutions.
• Own platform management including technical debt reduction, upgrades, and issue resolution.
• Explore and implement new capabilities in Procure-to-Pay systems.
• Drive complex project execution through task allocation, milestone tracking, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Lead system implementations, integrations, test plans, and change management.

Requirements

• 5+ years system administration of ERPs like NetSuite and finance apps (Workiva, Zip, Coupa)
• 4+ years hands-on NetSuite configuration (GL, Intercompany, Fixed Assets, Payables, Receivables, Automations, Reporting)
• 3+ years large-scale ERP implementations and integrations (Workato/MuleSoft/Boomi)
• Strong knowledge of finance processes (Order Management, Billing, Procurement, Expenses, Accounting, Reporting)
• Deep understanding of Record to Report, month-end processes, NetSuite financial features
• Experience with Agile (Jira), production support, incident management
• BA/BS or equivalent; experience at public company/SOX processes

• Workato/Middleware, Kyriba, Ironclad experience
• Tech industry, multi-country/multi-currency ERP experience
