What you will do

• Serve as point of contact for department champions to identify AI automation opportunities in workflows and deploy tailored tool bundles.
• Build MCP integrations with SaaS apps using servers, skills, OAuth, webhooks, and ABAC for secure access.
• Run feedback loops, iterate on integrations, create documentation, and mentor IT team on MCP.
• Contribute to governance standards, data handling in health environment, and security reviews.
• Maintain platform knowledge, propose roadmaps, and share reusable patterns for ecosystem growth.

Requirements

• 7+ years in systems integration, developer enablement, or internal tooling
• Hands-on MCP experience: configuring servers, writing skills, agentic frameworks
• Strong SaaS API skills: REST, webhooks, OAuth
• ABAC, access control, governance for AI/LLM
• Python or similar for integration code
• Experience driving tool adoption with non-technical stakeholders

Nice to have

• HIPAA or regulated environment experience
• AI adoption programs or developer advocacy
• MCP management, Tines/n8n/iPaaS, IAM (SSO/SAML/SCIM)
