What you will do

• Design and operate customer-facing AI features integrated into core product workflows.
• Build and maintain stable, reusable internal services for other engineering teams.
• Deploy AI workflows to production with a focus on observability, cost, and fallback strategies.
• Partner with product stakeholders to determine when AI is the appropriate solution vs alternative approaches.
• Facilitate technical conversations and communicate impact to avoid project blockers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of production experience in Python.
• Proven track record of shipping complex systems with significant customer impact.
• Familiarity with modern AI/ML tools and frameworks.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment.
