Salary: $125,000–$150,000 base (W-2) + 20% annual bonus + equity

What you will do

• Understand partner/customer needs and translate into technical specs and deployment plans
• Configure/customize AI agents and integrate with CRMs, booking tools, payment systems
• Own end-to-end implementations from kickoff to go-live, managing stakeholders
• Serve as technical contact in partner conversations and present solutions
• Identify/mitigate technical risks during implementation
• Contribute to scalable deployment practices as team grows

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Computer Science
• Hands-on Python or JavaScript experience with AI technologies including prompt engineering
• API integration experience (REST, webhooks, OAuth)
• Customer-facing experience (consulting, project management, client delivery, entrepreneurial)
• Systems integration skills across diverse tech stacks
• Business process analysis connecting tech to outcomes

Nice to have

• Experience with CRM/PMS systems, SaaS platforms, or AI industry
