What you will do

• Develop and productionize ML solutions for document understanding, search, QnA, GenAI, and virtual agents.
• Build and maintain AI-driven backend services and APIs using Python.
• Develop tools for large-scale data processing and ETL to guide ML system development.
• Implement automated testing and validation processes to ensure the robustness of ML solutions.
• Collaborate on code reviews and QA within a fast-paced startup environment.
• Ensure healthcare data security and strict adherence to HIPAA regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a quantitative field.
• 2+ years of industry experience in ML development and production deployment.
• Strong understanding of Deep Neural Networks, Transformer-based LLMs/MLMs, and RAG.
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with ML libraries such as PyTorch.
• Experience with GenAI services like OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, or Google Gemma.
• Must be based in the US or able to work in a remote environment with strong written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in developing and fine-tuning prompts for GenAI services.
