What you will do

• Oversee maintenance and optimization of finance systems like Concur and NetSuite, collaborating on upgrades.
• Manage full AP cycle: invoice review, approvals, vendor relations, policy enforcement, and 1099 processing.
• Handle treasury operations including cash flow forecasting, daily reporting, transactions, wires, and bank reconciliations.
• Review employee expenses, develop reimbursement policies, and identify cost savings.
• Lead and guide a team of 1-2, fostering collaboration and accountability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting; MBA/CPA/CTP preferred
• 10+ years in finance with focus on AP, Treasury, operations
• Proficiency in Concur/NetSuite, system implementation/optimization
• Strong accounting principles, financial analysis, internal controls.
• Experience with ACH, domestic/international wires, banking relationships.
• Excellent communication, leadership in fast-paced environment, detail-oriented.
