What you will do

• Manage the full accounts payable cycle, ensuring timely and accurate payment of vendors, rent, and corporate credit cards.
• Serve as the primary liaison with external partners, including banking representatives and insurance brokers.
• Review and validate financial data imports from bookkeepers to identify discrepancies and ensure reporting accuracy.
• Analyze monthly profit and loss statements to flag anomalies, variances, or potential risks.
• Act as the main point of contact for internal budget and corporate credit card inquiries.
• Maintain organized financial documentation to ensure constant audit readiness.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial operations.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and financial workflows.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial systems (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite).
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Montvale, NJ.
