Experiential Production Internship Summer 2026

TL;DR

Experiential Production Intern (Summer 2026): Support the production team in bringing immersive brand experiences to life from concept through on-site execution with an accent on planning activations, events, installations, and logistics. Focus on developing production timelines, coordinating vendors, tracking budgets, and providing on-site support during installs and live events.

Location: Must be available for a minimum of 3 days per week to work at our offices in New York. Available between June 1st, 2026 and August 7th, 2026.

What you will do

• Support planning and execution of experiential activations, events, and installations.
• Develop production timelines, run-of-shows, and project trackers.
• Coordinate with Creative, Strategy, and Project Management teams for alignment.
• Manage vendor outreach, communication, budgets, expenses, and invoices.
• Prepare production documents like call sheets, schedules, and site plans.
• Source materials, props, and elements; handle shipping, inventory, and on-site support.

Requirements

• Must be enrolled in a University or Master’s program.
• Must be available for a minimum of 3 days per week to work at our offices in New York.
• Must be available between June 1st, 2026 and August 7th, 2026.
• Pursuing or recently completed degree in Production, Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Proactive, resourceful, eager to learn; comfortable with flexible hours including evenings/weekends.
• Familiarity with Google Suite; Airtable or project tools a plus.
