What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of hardware test engineers.
• Define and manage test strategies for new and existing hardware products.
• Oversee creation and maintenance of test plans, fixtures, equipment, and automation.
• Support manufacturing and contract manufacturers with test readiness, yield improvement, and issue resolution.
• Drive continuous improvement of test processes, throughput, and cost.
• Collaborate with hardware, firmware, manufacturing, and quality teams on product development and production scaling.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of hardware test engineering experience, including team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of electronic hardware testing, instrumentation, and automation.
• Experience supporting production tests in manufacturing environments.
• Proven problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with high-volume manufacturing and contract manufacturers.
• Familiarity with DFT/DFM principles, boundary-scan, and reliability testing.
• Experience with statistical analysis and test optimization.
