Salary: $30.38 - $37.98 per hour

What you will do

• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain X-Ray imaging equipment, laser printers, and network systems at customer sites.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive visits and timely communication.
• Manage service revenue and adhere to state and federal regulatory requirements.
• Perform administrative duties including service work orders, expense reports, and preventative maintenance documentation.
• Provide remote technical support and diagnostics to healthcare customers and field partners when required.
• Collaborate with regional teams to implement best practices and mentor colleagues.

Requirements

• Associate Degree in electronics or equivalent experience (BSEE/BSEET/BSME/BSMET preferred).
• Must reside within the South Georgia or Florida Panhandle territory.
• 2+ years of experience in the electronics industry, preferably in field service.
• Proficiency in reading schematics, site drawings, and utilizing test equipment.
• Strong knowledge of computers, networking, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and a compliant driving record.

Nice to have

• Experience with diagnostic imaging equipment.
• Prior experience with Carestream-specific hardware.
