Salary: $120,000–$149,000 USD annually + 10% target bonus

What you will do

• Develop technical SEO roadmap, audit site health, and partner with WebOps/engineering for crawlability, indexing, schema, and architecture improvements.
• Lead organic strategy for product/pillar pages, translating keyword demand into content hierarchies and internal linking for topical authority.
• Build GEO strategies for AI Overviews and answer engines, ensuring structured data supports entity recognition and machine-readable discovery.
• Strengthen domain authority via backlinks, citations, and partnerships with PR/agencies in financial operations ecosystem.
• Align organic search with paid insights, CRO, and marketing to prioritize high-impact initiatives for organic pipeline growth.

Requirements

• 7+ years in SEO, organic growth, or web strategy, preferably B2B SaaS
• Expertise in technical SEO, site architecture, crawlability, indexing, JavaScript rendering, and structured data.
• Experience with SEO tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Sitebulb.
• Knowledge of AI search ecosystems, GEO, and platforms like Profound.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with marketing, WebOps, product, and analytics teams.
• Analytical skills to drive site improvements and scalable growth strategies.
