What you will do

• Set the overarching organic discovery strategy across SEO, AEO, and GEO to maximize brand visibility.
• Lead a cross-functional squad of content, technical, and product stakeholders to drive rankings and conversions.
• Define and implement strategies for optimizing content for Large Language Models and generative AI tools.
• Forecast organic growth and track performance metrics against business-critical lead and revenue goals.
• Identify and execute high-leverage technical improvements, including site architecture and AI-driven content hubs.

Requirements

• 10+ years of high-level experience in SEO and digital strategy.
• Expertise in leading through influence, clear documentation, and setting shared cross-functional goals.
• Mastery of the SEO tech stack, including Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Search Console.
• Technical literacy regarding how AI is evolving SEO and search engine dynamics.
• Must be located in Canada or the United States.
