TL;DR
SEO Manager (SaaS): Develop and execute SEO and AEO strategy aligned to PLG and SLG revenue goals with an accent on prioritizing buyer-intent keywords, technical optimizations, and full-funnel revenue impact. Focus on integrating organic search with content campaigns, mapping search journeys to product signups and enterprise pipeline, and adapting to AI-powered answer engines and zero-click search.
Location: Onsite 5 days a week in New York or San Francisco, United States (roles based out of US hubs)
Salary: $161,500 - $180,000 base + equity

What you will do
- Develop and execute SEO/AEO strategy tied to revenue goals, prioritizing keywords by pipeline potential and product activation.
- Collaborate with content, product marketing, and demand gen teams on multi-channel programs including SEO content, technical docs, and AEO-optimized assets.
- Map organic traffic to PLG signups and SLG pipeline, surfacing signals to sales teams for account prioritization.
- Manage technical SEO across web properties: site architecture, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and schema markup.
- Provide audience insights on search trends, AI dynamics, and competitive positioning to inform global GTM.
- Track and report KPIs on organic funnel from discovery to revenue, partnering with analytics for attribution.
Requirements
- 6–10+ years in SEO, organic growth, or content marketing in B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record connecting organic search to pipeline and revenue impact.
- Experience with PLG and SLG go-to-market models.
- Familiarity with AEO, AI search surfaces, LLMs, and technical SEO.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration with engineering and content teams.
- Data-driven mindset focused on revenue KPIs over traffic metrics.
