Senior Network & Systems Security Analyst: Planning, designing, implementing, and supporting network, server, and storage infrastructure with an accent on security controls, compliance, and IT security policies. Location: Lutz, FL (Onsite – Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM; hours may vary based on workload). Must be able to pass a NERC background check.

What you will do

• Plan, design, and implement network, server, and storage infrastructure based on project requirements and capacity planning.
• Troubleshoot systems using OSI model, monitor for errors, and adjust configurations as needed.
• Install and support network, server, storage hardware/software; participate in disaster recovery planning and testing.
• Provide security consulting and second-level technical support for security systems, firewalls, and authentication mechanisms.
• Support, monitor, and resolve server/network issues; assist in small project design and provide leadership to junior team members.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years hands-on experience with Windows Server administration, VMware, firewall support, SAN, Cisco networking (or equivalent with degree).
• At least one associate-level and one professional/senior-level certification (e.g., MCSA/MCSE, VCP, CCNA/CCNP, CEH, GIAC, CISSP).
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s in CS, Engineering, or related preferred.
• Intermediate knowledge of switching/routing, DNS/DHCP, Active Directory, hardware maintenance, cybersecurity best practices.
• Ability to pass NERC background check.
