What you will do
- Act as the primary technical bridge between customers and internal Engineering/Product Security teams to resolve high-stakes security inquiries.
- Take end-to-end ownership of complex technical security questionnaires and due-diligence requests, especially for highly regulated customers.
- Identify and implement AI and automation strategies to streamline workflows and scale Customer Assurance efforts globally.
- Train and empower regional Go-To-Market and Sales teams on standard security engagement protocols.
- Collaborate with the Security Trust & Culture team and Regional CSOs to develop forward-facing security collateral and FAQs.
- Lead and participate in global handoffs between American, European, and Asian timezones for major industry events.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in information security, project management, or related fields.
- Fundamental understanding of security principles, architectures, and cloud methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of identity management, risk assessments, and IT compliance standards.
- Proven ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear responses for both technical customers and internal executives.
- Must be based in or able to work from the specified US office locations.
Nice to have
- Okta Certified Professional/Administrator certification.
- CCSK, CCAK, or CISA certifications.
- Experience with generative AI tools or process automation platforms.
- Familiarity with Federal compliance frameworks (FedRAMP, StateRAMP, NIST 800-53, or DoD IL4/IL5).
