Flight Attendant - Full Time

Location: Must live within a two-hour driving distance from Bradley International Airport (BDL), Windsor Locks, Connecticut, United States

Salary: Starting at $25/hour (monthly minimum guarantee 70 hours), increasing to $37.50/hour by year 8

What you will do

• Provide exceptional guest experience including welcoming, seating assistance, and ongoing support
• Maintain safety, remain calm under pressure, and mitigate high-stress situations
• Communicate, collaborate with team, and monitor cabin regularly
• Prepare and serve meals, snacks, beverages while upholding hygiene standards
• Deliver safety instructions, administer first-aid, and conduct security screenings
• Ensure cabin cleanliness and comply with FAA regulations and company procedures

Requirements

• Legal right to work in the U.S. and travel without restriction to/from the United States
• Current Passport with minimum 6 months validity
• 21+ years old, high school diploma or equivalent
• Meet height requirements for emergency equipment access and jumpseat
• Pass vision/hearing tests, DOT drug test, TSA background check
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, push/pull 60 lbs carts, stand for extended periods
• Read, write, speak, understand English fluently
• Available for nights, weekends, holidays, reserve assignments
