TL;DR
Air Carrier Compliance Lead (Aviation): Lead audits and regulatory oversight for Part 121, 125, and 135 air carrier operations with an accent on compliance documentation, gap identification, and operational support. Location: Onsite at the Dallas Training Facility in Dallas, Texas. Minimal travel required (less than 10%).

What you will do
- Lead audits for Part 121, 125, and 135 operations, including Operations Specifications, Training Programs, SOPs, and records.
- Identify compliance gaps, coordinate corrective actions, and maintain operator documentation.
- Provide day-to-day oversight for compliance activities and manage portfolios for key accounts.
- Oversee reservation reports, instructor status updates, and training program communications.
- Develop onboarding materials, team processes, and serve as SME on FAA regulations.
- Support cross-functional teams, lead meetings, and drive special projects for efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3–6 years in aviation compliance, regulatory administration, or related field.
- Working knowledge of FAA regulations for air carrier operations.
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage priorities under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and record-keeping systems.
- Demonstrated professionalism with regulators and stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience auditing Part 121, 125, or 135 operators.
- Knowledge of FAR Parts 61, 91, 121, 125, 135, manuals, and FAA Order 8400.10.
- Cross-functional experience with Training, Safety, and Quality teams.
- Familiarity with SharePoint, Webex, Salesforce, and compliance documentation development.
