Technical Enablement Lead (AI)

TL;DR

Technical Enablement Lead (Claude Code): Curate and deliver technical curriculum for go-to-market teams, partners, and customers to demonstrate and support Claude Code with confidence, building demos, labs, and content for agentic coding. Focus on creating compelling demo scenarios across industries, competitive positioning materials, and rapidly translating new features into field-ready content.

Location: San Francisco, CA | New York City, NY, preference for proximity to SF, NYC, or Seattle. Location-based hybrid policy: at least 25% time in offices. Regular travel expected for in-person training and events. Visa sponsorship available, with reasonable efforts to support.

Annual Salary: $270,000 - $310,000 USD

What you will do

• Deliver Claude Code training for onboarding and ongoing enablement programs
• Create and maintain training content including demo scripts, hands-on labs, use case libraries, and quick-reference guides
• Build compelling demo scenarios across industries and developer personas
• Develop competitive positioning content like battlecards, differentiation guides, and objection handling
• Run demo coaching sessions and weekly office hours
• Translate new Claude Code features into field-ready content rapidly
• Gather field feedback and track content effectiveness to improve programs

Requirements

• 7+ years in a technical role (software engineering, solutions engineering, developer advocacy, or technical enablement)
• Strong programming skills with recent shipped code
• Extensive use of AI coding tools (ideally Claude Code) as core workflow
• Track record delivering live technical training or talks
• Experience partnering with sales, solutions engineering, or GTM teams

Nice to have

• Experience coaching others on demos or presentations
• Familiarity with enterprise developer workflows
• Public speaking, conference presentations, or community-facing developer advocacy
