What you will do

Lead the maturation phase of software systems in use across the firm.
Improve performance, scalability, reliability, and survivability of systems.
Manage a team of 6-8 junior to mid-career developers.
Provide architectural, SDLC, and project management guidance.
Build relationships with key end-user constituencies.

Requirements

Computer Science degree (advanced degree preferred).
Significant prior mentorship experience.
Experience in developing complex software systems.
Experience in financial services preferred.
