TL;DR
Executive IT Support Lead (AI): Building and leading a high-touch IT support program for 's executives with an accent on designing a program that grows with the changing needs of executives as the company scales. Focus on providing direct IT support to senior leaders and their business partners, coordinating with IT and Security, and representing IT excellence.
Location: This role is based out of our San Francisco office and requires 5 days in office per week, with domestic and international travel required multiple times a month as needed.
Salary: $52.88 per hour

What you will do
- Define and implement excellent Executive IT Support, adapting to the company's scaling needs.
- Act as frontline Executive IT Support, addressing technology needs promptly and clearly.
- Coordinate with IT and Security teams to ensure comprehensive support for executives.
- Identify emerging IT needs for executives and proactively solve problems.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience providing Executive IT Support in large, fast-paced, public companies.
- Strong technical experience in macOS and Windows, identity and device management (e.g. Azure AD, Jamf, Intune) and enterprise collaboration tools like Google Workspace, Office 365, Slack, and Atlassian products.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, with clear expectation setting and request tracking.
- A security- and compliance-first mindset to ensure executive hardware and data remains safe.
- Discretion in handling sensitive information.
