Location: Hybrid (3 days in the office per week)

What you will do
- Work directly with customers to solve complex problems and provide education on platforms.
- Act as a key expert on products and partner with engineering teams to resolve issues.
- Drive operational improvements and scale support solutions.
- Foster a supportive work culture within the User Operations team.
- Provide support coverage during on-call shifts and holidays as needed.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in user operations or technical support roles.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with SaaS troubleshooting and emerging technologies.
- Ability to adapt to change and thrive in ambiguity.
- Proven experience building relationships with customers.
