Salary: $239.4K – $265.5K + equity

What you will do

• Drive capture and proposal strategy by identifying opportunities, shaping requirements, and positioning hirify.global products.
• Develop, write, edit, and format proposal content, supporting documents, pricing volumes, and price-to-win strategies.
• Create tools using hirify.global products like ChatGPT and Codex for whitepapers, RFI responses, and documentation.
• Coordinate with capture leads, SMEs, legal, sales, and engineering to gather inputs and ensure high-quality submissions.
• Review solicitations for compliance with government regulations (FAR/DFARS, FedRAMP) and manage proposal production schedules.
• Build content libraries, templates, and strategic messaging like win themes to improve efficiency.

Requirements

• 5–10 years writing/editing technical proposals or RFx for government (federal/state/local)
• Strong knowledge of government acquisition frameworks (RFP, RFQ, IDIQ, GWAC, CSO)
• Exceptional writing/editing skills to simplify complex technical concepts
• Experience with cross-functional teams and tight deadlines
• Highly organized with multitasking ability
• TS/SCI clearance

Nice to have

• Familiarity with FAR/DFARS, FedRAMP, security clearances
• Project management mindset
• Experience using AI tools to automate processes
