What you will do

• Develop and refine SOPs to ensure consistency, efficiency, and compliance in pharmacy contract connectivity.
• Lead day-to-day operations of pharmacy GPO programs, including contract attachment, eligibility validation, and pricing compliance.
• Monitor KPIs, manage contract lifecycle processes, and resolve revenue delays through cross-functional collaboration.
• Drive process improvements via automation, workflow enhancements, and reporting dashboards.
• Build relationships with suppliers and act as liaison between sales, members, and operations.
• Mentor and develop a team of pharmacy analysts, promoting accountability and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Expertise in GPO operations, pharmacy contracting, supply chain, or healthcare distribution.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy distribution models, GPO contract structures, and supplier relationships.
• Proven ability to lead operational teams and manage complex workflows.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Ability to work in US collaborative environment; US federal contractor compliance applies

• Experience in contract implementation and pricing validation.
• Expertise in investigative reasoning for revenue leakage analysis.
