Compensation Range: $156K - $204.7K

What you will do

• Design, build, test, and maintain Workday integrations using Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Web Services (SOAP/REST).
• Partner with stakeholders and vendors to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
• Provide production support, including monitoring, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and fixes.
• Develop inbound/outbound integrations with payroll, benefits, finance, IT systems, and hirify.global for analytics.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, security, and compliance across all integrations.
• Manage deployments, support release cycles, document processes, and optimize performance using AI tools.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on Workday integration development in global environments.
• Strong experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, APIs (SOAP/REST), Extend, Orchestrate.
• Proficiency in XML, XSLT, JSON, web services.
• Solid understanding of Workday data models, business objects, security, and HR processes.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, monitoring, and error handling skills.
• Excellent communication to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with integration middleware like Boomi or MuleSoft.
• Curiosity and experience with AI tools like Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, or Workday Agents.
